在最近這樣寫運勢的過程裡，得到了不少朋友的回饋，覺得好像自己真的有做出了一點小小的成績，於是就開啟了自己另一個想法，或許做做看個人的運勢解讀，會不會更貼近個人的生活呢？

寫的時候我想著寫運勢解讀，有點像是要講說你的運氣好不好之類的，但其實我不是想要寫這樣的方式，所以我想就是改成『一周生活建議』，幫大家看看一周七天內會有可能什麼事情需要注意，有方法可以改善可能會碰到的問題。

是否有些計劃寫不出來，如果是學生的話，也許一些重要的作業一直沒有靈感來完成，覺得努力了很久怎麼還是沒有任何點子能夠幫忙自己前進呢？實際上你可以有很多辦法來改變目前做事或者是寫專案的方法喔，天使建議可以先用一些打草稿的方式，寫上許多天馬行空的方法，不要限制住自己，這樣通常都能幫助我們打通一些思緒。

然後也會發現原來我們限制住自己很久了，所以也常常在一些點上，不只是工作或學業上，其實最常發生的就是在生活上，但我們因為習慣而沒有去察覺習慣讓我們容易限制自己在一個框架內而走不出來，也請不用擔心，今天都能夠解決的，只要一察覺到那些舊有的習慣，很快就會有所突破。

If you are a student, maybe some important papers that you just have no ideas to accomplish them, feeling like working so hard but they just don't move any more? 看見堆積如山的工作，還有腦中一堆想法尚未實行尚未處理的，看起來感覺很累，不過要知道，看起來很多的事情，其實只是一些小事，甚至是其實我們不需要背負的工作跟事情，只是有時候我們容易去擔起那些不屬於我們自己的工作，或是只是因為別人給的建議我們自己吸收進到我們的頭腦裡，卻沒有看見自己最明確的那個做法與想法，天使表示了，其實我們早在之前已經做過了這些事情，這些決定了，現在只是處理更表層的事物罷了，而且還比之前更簡單，所以你還在看著那些『你以為很麻煩』的眾多事物嗎，學著分類好這些事物跟想法，接著就是往自己最確定的目標繼續努力。

Today we see tons of tons work, and lots of thoughts that we do not work out with, it seems to exhaust us a lot, but we have to know that, it looks like going really bad or too heavy to carry on, in fact, they are just small things, and actually that we don't even have to carry, it's just sometime we are so easily to be out front doing those don't belong to us, or just because other people gave some advices and we took in out brains, those will blur our most clear goal and thoughts.

Angels say that actually, we did those things and decisions already in the past, now we just work with those more surface of these stuff, and even easier than before, so do you still watch those " I think they are troubles" ? 今天你會感覺到事情很多，身邊有不同的聲音意見出現，尤其當我們已經在著手進行這些事情的時候，或者是已經在內心下了一些決定後，通常聽到這些聲音都會覺得很煩，甚至有點想要視而不見，雖然說視而不見可以當作一個逃避的方法，然後我們就可以繼續我們的道路，不過天使們提醒我們，視而不見是一個方式，但是當我們走到下一個路口的時候，也許會有更多意見跑出來，而我們需要看見的是，哪些人，哪些是件，開始觸發了我們的情緒，而觸發的原因是什麼，是不是前不久才又碰到類似的事件，但是因為我們視而不見，所以又發生了一次呢？

週末到了，有覺得鬆了一口氣的感覺嗎？不過可能今天的身體跟心靈都還是會有點緊繃的狀態，天使們提醒我們繼續試著放鬆，雖然天氣不好，環境不好，身體不好，狀況有點多，不過讓自己放鬆的態度會讓許多事情的流動會更加順暢，尤其今天是適合開始做大調整的一天，我們會發現有許多事情在一些細節上開始變動了，不是因為我們，也不是因為他人，而是老天的奇妙安排，我們發現變動開始了，對於習慣變動的人來說，會覺得很開心以及新奇，因為終於有所改變了，但是對於討厭變動的人來說，有點痛苦，畢竟要開創新的一條路，總是要做些改變，不是嗎？

幸好，我們身邊總是有支持我們的家人，朋友，伴侶甚至是陌生人，可能都會出現來給我們一些提醒，或是幫助，好好的把握這個時間，好好的把握住難得的機會，做出自己認為最棒的，讓自己內心最開心的事情，去感覺是的，這就是我要的。

這時的改變也是告訴你，你會朝向越來越健康的生活，不止是身體，心理上更是。畢竟用真正健康的心理態度，才會活出更適合自己的生活，總覺得自己身體不好的人，是否也可以看看，自己的心理，有沒有出現什麼問題呢，是什麼影響了我們，天使們提醒我們，從來都不是因為別人或者環境影響我們，是否自己將什麼事情抓得太深，太執著呢，讓自己累著了？放鬆自己，緩慢地做出改變，也是一種改變。

有新計畫在產生中，或者是已經有新計畫新事物來到我們的面前而且是因為我們的內心在呼喚著的那件最想做的事情出現了，而我們也在心中相當篤定的感受到自己能夠穩定踏實的去實踐那個夢想中的事物。

不過有時候我們會因為這些事情來的太快太美好以為自己並沒有那麼的幸運，於是也產生了像是懷疑，害怕，恐懼的情緒，甚至是羞愧憤怒等等，可是有趣的是，其實在我們的內心深處，非常清楚的看見了自己已經有想法與步驟準備去實行，我們以為我們沒有能力，我們以為那只屬於幸運的人才能得到的事物，就這樣翩然出現，其實不然，老天都安排好了這些路徑，這些挑戰，讓我們去經歷，是的，這些計畫，人事物看似很棒，其實也內含了挑戰，不用擔心，老話一句，上天不會給你過不去的鴻溝。

每件事情的來到對我們來說都是能在我們的能力範圍之內去解決的，也許就是會碰到了然後就產生了一些情緒，可是我們卻也不想要放棄，那就帶著這些疑惑，帶著這些情緒，用我們的心，我們的身體去感受這些事情，感覺好嗎，感覺對了嗎，如果以上幾個問題經過三思，那就去做吧，因為我們是如此確定那是我們內心最想前進的目標與道路，而且就像牌面說的一樣，你知道該怎麼做。

補充訊息：
新事物也有代表是懸而未決的事物今天很確定了，想了很久的事情終於放下心去做，也開始為自己做了決定，或是有新的想法出現在腦中，對於某些人事物的觀感改變了，以前覺得沒有辦法解決的事物，今天卻意外的有很多方式可以解決，所以過去所面對的那些自己以為辦不到或者是永遠解決不了的事，今天有完全不同的感受。

今天會感覺到內心很衝動的部分正在醞釀，但是又覺得好像處處都有限制，尤其是在關係，不管是家人關係，伴侶關係，朋友關係，甚至是對於喜愛的事物的關係，也會發現衝動會壞了好事，天使請你靜下來看看，要行動的真正目的是什麼，是不是內在也出現了什麼不平衡，可能是某些人事物引發了你內在的不平衡狀態，所以讓你開始衝動了起來，如果願意靜下來問問自己，看看自己是不是哪裡還想的不夠週全，或者是太因為情緒而魯莽，那就先緩和一下心情，再開始做決定，而雖然今天有感受到很多週邊對自己的限制，但也請你看看是不是自己也限制了自己呢？不過也會有些意外的幫助或是驚喜會出現，讓你發現所謂的【限制】，其實並不是什麼大問題喔，也有可能發現也許限制對你來說，是個好徵兆。
